A view of the Lunar Eclipse from Lancaster, PA

As much as I hate the cold I had to get a few shots of the lunar eclipse last night! We were nervous we wouldn't be able to see it due to yesterday's snow... thankfully the sky opened up just in time to see the show!

Here's a quick picture of the eclipse from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. JUST BEAUTIFUL, even with my limited photography skills! Enjoy the view.

Prong Set Wire Wrapped Pendant

So, how fine can wire wrapped jewelry be...as fine as you like!!
I pushed the envelope to see how small I could go without losing the special details in many of my larger creations. Mission accomplished! Small in size, big on detail!

I know larger sized jewelry isn't for everyone, I get many requests for delicate & modest sized pieces. So, here is the ultimate petite pendant with a beautiful 8x6mm faceted garnet, set in wrapped and sculpted strands of solid sterling silver wire. You'll be amazed when you see the size of this pendant!

Just because it's small doesn't mean it's lacking in detail! And, YES, this pieces is 100% handcrafted by me...no solder, no glue, just the skill of my hands, a pretty little gemstone, & silver wire. Be sure to scroll down to see the size of this piece!

New Goddess of the Sea Pendant Beads!

I've been working on clay goddess face beads! These are pictures of a couple of my new goddess of the sea beads! Lots of little clay sea creatures adorn these serene faces... and the coral texture is from a natural piece of coral. I think the warm front we've had this week is bringing on these beach themed pieces and memories of living in Florida!

Oh, I can't wait for spring time! What strange weather we've had this winter---I'm enjoying it at the moment, I'm sure it will be cold again soon enough.

Be sure to check out my entries in the Gallery 141 blog. I'll be typing entries from the gallery on Wednesdays!
